Nature is wonderful, and although I have always enjoyed being outside in it, I have lately become frustrated at my lack of knowledge about the plants in my neighbourhood. I want to know everything! Then I realized that if I was having such trouble figuring out which plant is which, it is likely that more people feel the same way. So, here is my attempt at spreading knowledge and science while staying (mostly) at home. I hope this is a useful local plant identification resource with some additional community gardening information. The information here is always correct to the best of my knowledge at the time of publication, so, if you know me personally and notice any errors, let me know so I can fix them!
